QuemVem.com

Quemvem.com emerged as a small pietism manifestation on a Saturday afternoon after a football matche with friends.

Summoning almost 30 people every week, organizing Excel files to get to know how many had already confirmed their attendance, how many still did not said anything, how many wouldn’t attend, opening dozens and dozens of emails just reading “I am coming” then "I am no longer coming" - after some time I said “STOP IT!”

I have developed a small system that allows a user to summon all players, etc. with a simple click. The email sent contains a link to click on to confirm the reader attendance and a different one to confirm their absence - it also works with SMS.

Attendees started to be listed automatically and dynamically, that information being permanently available for consultation for everyone without any manual intervention.

Later on, some friends requested me the system – they intended to use it with other games and with other purposes, so I had to adapt it to work on certain platforms and perform other types of convocations (general assemblies, association, parents condominium meetings, etc.).

The system sends emails and SMS automatically, and it also contains a payment platform linked to Paypal, and was developed in C# with a SQL Server database.
