This project was the
analysis of administrative / financial procedures and information systems of an important National Portuguese Government Entity.
The main goal on this project was:
- Perform processes uniformization;
- Determine the importance of each process identified on the Organization;
- Estimate the cost / benefit related with the change / management workload of each process;
- Identify the existent information systems and their related capabilities to understand the possibility to increase / expand existing systems to support the business needs.
Beside the
processes files,
systems files,
recommendations, and other support documents, the main output required was the creation of a
strategic action plan. Such action plan, based on the project final recommendations, was supposed to support the Organization's Board in the
strategical creation of processes and information systems that fully support Entitie's goals.
My responsibility on this project was to
plan and manage the tasks related to the
information systems and
revision of all processes across the Organization.
By the way, for those who do not know, there is an amazing restaurant, nearby Av. 5 de Outubro in Lisbon, right by the Israel Embassy.
The place is wonderful to eat a nice meat or a grilled fish! The name is
